Welcome to Ako Tahi!
Ako Tahi is about learning together as one. We are more than just a preschool, we are a community hub where parents can find support and assistance for the whole family. We aim to make our preschool a relaxed and calm homely environment. At Ako Tahi we want to support families in the shirley area, so we provide services to help people access funding and subsidies for up to 30 hours ECE, which at Ako Tahi is 4 days a week.

If you Qualify for WINZ Childcare subsidy then NO FEES!
20 free ECE hours for children 3 - 6 years
Hourly rate $5.37
If you require financial support to pay fees please complete our 'Ako Tahi Whanau' Form
Many people will be able to access funding for most or all of their childcare needs. If you are not sure what you can access, touch base and we would love to help.
